Who is responsible

Teammeteorbrixl Ltd is responsible for personal information it processes through this website and related correspondence. Our registered office is 31 Millwright Street, Nottingham NG1 2DH, United Kingdom, company no. 14982635. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

Information from a site visit

Delivering a website involves processing connection information, such as an IP address, requested page, time of request and browser details. Hosting and security services may record this information to operate the website, investigate faults and protect against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure information service.

The site’s own scripts do not include analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embedded media. External source links open third-party services only when you follow them; those services have their own privacy practices.

The production-note builder

Text entered in the contact tool is processed in your browser to generate a preview. There is no form submission endpoint, and the tool does not send entries to us or save a draft in local storage. Your browser or device may independently retain form history according to your settings.

Copying writes the message to your device clipboard when permission is available. Downloading creates a local text file. Other applications or people with access to your clipboard or files may be able to read that content. Sending a message using your email provider is a separate action controlled by you.

Email correspondence

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your address and message content. We use it to respond, manage editorial feedback and maintain relevant correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries; where a request concerns a prospective contract, steps taken at your request before entering that contract may also apply.

Do not send sensitive personal information, confidential drawings or restricted technical data. We do not sell contact information or add enquirers to a marketing list merely because they contact us.

Service providers and retention

Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Where an international transfer requires safeguards under applicable law, an appropriate transfer mechanism must be used.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including follow-up, security and applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and any continuing obligations; unnecessary correspondence is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, UK data protection law provides rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to processing and receive certain information in a portable format. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not use the contact tool for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise a right, email us with enough context to identify the relevant information. We may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and we welcome the opportunity to address concerns first.
